From the Studio Owner
Thank you so much for your interest in Reformer Pilates at our Shellharbour studio. I hope you find everything you're looking for right here - and I truly hope to see you walk through our doors soon.
My name is Sandra, and I'm the proud owner of inLIFE Wellness Shellharbour. Health and wellness have been at the core of everything I do for as long as I can remember -not just physical fitness, but the kind of whole-body wellbeing that comes from moving well, feeling strong, and being surrounded by people who genuinely lift you up.
When I discovered Reformer Pilates, it changed everything for me. I finally found a form of exercise I looked forward to - something that challenged me, restored me, and connected me to an incredible community of women at the same time. That feeling is exactly what I wanted to bring to Shellharbour.
I wanted this studio to feel like more than just somewhere to exercise. So many people spend their days looking after everyone else, pushing through stress, fatigue and busy schedules without much left for themselves. My hope was to create a space where people could come in, breathe out, move their bodies in a way that feels good, and leave feeling better than when they arrived.
Whether you're brand new to Pilates or a seasoned mover, you'll find your place here. I can't wait to welcome you. 🌟
Inside Our Studio
Our Shellharbour studio has been thoughtfully designed to feel calm, spacious and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Filled with natural light from floor-to-ceiling glass on two sides, the space overlooks both the escarpment and Lake Illawarra - creating a beautiful backdrop to move, breathe and reset.
With generous spacing between Reformers, soft furnishings and a warm, grounded feel underfoot, the studio is designed to help you settle into your own movement and experience.

We are located at 5/6 Memorial Drive, Shellharbour City Centre NSW 2529.
We're lucky to have plenty of convenient parking nearby, making it easy to get to class any time of day.
On-site parking
There is parking available at the rear of Central Hotel and at the rear of our building. These are the
closest options to the studio, however they can fill quickly during busy periods due to nearby businesses
and Event Cinemas.
Street parking
Minga Avenue often has 1–2 hour street parking available and is only a short stroll away.
Building access
You can enter via both the front and rear of the building. We're located upstairs on Level 1 - head up
the stairs and you'll arrive straight into the studio space.

What We Offer
We specialise in Reformer Pilates, but we know variety is important when it comes to fitness. That's why we offer a range of Fusion Classes - the beautiful marriage of Reformer Pilates and other forms of exercise, scattered throughout the timetable so you can mix it up and keep your body guessing.
One Class. Every Level.
At inLIFE Wellness, we don't separate people into beginner, intermediate or advanced classes. Instead,
every Reformer Pilates class is designed so people of all fitness levels can move together in the same
space comfortably and confidently.
Each exercise is taught in layers, with options to progress or regress using the spring resistance on
our custom-designed Reformers. That means if you're new to Pilates, you can focus on building strong
foundations and confidence at your own pace. If you're ready for more challenge, your instructor will
guide you into more advanced variations within the very same class.
For our members, this means more flexibility to attend the classes that suit their schedule, without
feeling held back or left behind as they grow stronger. It also allows progression to happen naturally
and safely over time - all within a supportive environment led by qualified instructors.
A resistance exercise focused on improving flexibility, strength, muscle tone, and body awareness. Pilates is the only method of exercise that truly strengthens you from within while aligning and toning your core and entire body. Low-impact, full-body, and suitable for every fitness level - our instructors teach in layers so beginners and advanced movers work comfortably side by side.
This session works your muscles and joints through a wide range of movements designed to improve flexibility and mobility, leaving you feeling supple and rejuvenated. Mobility is one of the most underrated forms of wellness -this class is highly recommended as a regular part of your weekly routine to improve your overall mental and physical health.
Our Reformer Streamline Fusion class. With a focus on improvements in health, fitness, and wellness, Shape incorporates all the benefits of a Reformer Pilates session combined with toning and muscular endurance elements. Expect a low-impact yet high-intensity workout focused on body shape and strength.
A 60-minute full-body fusion experience - drawing from Reformer Pilates, Lift, Barre, and Interval training. Using Reformer machines and resistance training, Super Saturday promotes improved movement, flexibility, core strength, body shape, fitness, and increased metabolism. Epic for all levels.
A Reformer and weights fusion designed to build functional strength and lean muscle. Expect reformer movements combined with dumbbell and resistance work to challenge your whole body in a single session. Perfect for all fitness levels and experiences.
Inspired by ballet, Barre seamlessly combines elements of dance, Pilates, and strength training on the reformer. Expect small, precise movements that challenge your balance, flexibility, and stability in the most elegant way. Our members love the unique exercise style and how it complements their regular Reformer sessions.
A dynamic fusion that blends Reformer Pilates with boxing-inspired conditioning. You'll build cardiovascular fitness, core strength, and coordination - all without the impact of a traditional boxing workout. Energising, empowering, and seriously fun.
